The strategic use of the school's digital assets to achieve goals is referred to as digital leadership.
Leadership in the digital age can be addressed at both the school and individual levels.
Our implementation strategy is outlined within the Digital Strategy.
We will be using the Data Management Software called Quick Schools.
Online School Management Software
- Customizable gradebook software
- Homework and assignments management
- Powerful Student Information System (SIS)
- Classroom and attendance management
- Parents portal to track child's progress
- Admissions management platform
REFLECTING ON THE DIGITAL STRATEGY
This plan will take educator workload into account and strive to reduce educator workload. It will also help in the event of a staff reduction by keeping teachers and parents informed.
The software being implemented will use technology to improve data management and storage of student information.
We will monitor and evaluate the implemented software on a monthly basis, making adjustments as appropriate. A selected panel will plan and carry out monitoring. Evidence will be gathered from this monitoring to help inform decision-making.
This evidence will help in the evaluation of the strategy making sure it is feasible and meeting stakeholders' and the school's needs.
There will be formative evaluation and process evaluation.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Process for Monitoring, Evaluating and Communicating Progress
The Information Technology Coordinator will be in charge of launching the Digital Strategy's execution. The Strategic Management Process will monitor and assess success indicators stated in the goals. Monthly Priority Actions will be created, implemented, reviewed, and updated.
The strategic planning team will be updated on progress at bi-monthly strategic planning meetings and will assist the development of any new action if necessary. The I.T.C. will be in charge of evaluating progress on a monthly basis.
In addition, an annual report on infrastructure and classroom impact will be provided to the School's management.
We are committed to undertaking a frequent and ongoing evaluation process to assess the level of technology adoption in the classroom for students and support for staff. Beyond accounting for technological infrastructure and presenting quantifiable data on students, instructors, and administrators meeting fundamental technology literacy requirements, this examination goes beyond. It will provide a qualitative assessment of the impact of technology on teaching and learning. Surveys of all stakeholders, observations of practices, and qualitative input from educators, students, and parents will be used to collect data. This data will be utilized to inform professional growth, technological integration, and communication strategies.

Thank you for this informative look at your digital leadership plan and its implementation. I did some research on the Quick School program and found it to be interesting and helpful.
